I bought a fully loaded pizza for my husband at the grocery store today as a weekend treat. It looked so good that I decided to do the same for myself, but make it vegan.
So I bought
2 pre-made pizza dough
2 jars of pizza sauce
2 containers of chopped up peppers and onions
1 package vegan tofu pepperoni
1 package vegan mozzarella cheese
Make pizzas, bake at 450 degrees F for 18 minutes. The vegan cheese doesn't brown, but the pizza bread become crispy. These are excellent.
